Subscription Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store are offered as subscriptions. This policy explains how subscriptions work and what happens if you choose to cancel.

How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries at the frequency and duration you select at checkout. A discount is applied to subscription orders as a benefit of the recurring commitment. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged automatically before each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the order management link in your confirmation email. Please note that any order already processed or shipped at the time of cancellation cannot be canceled or refunded — see our Returns Policy for details.

Early Cancellation & Future Subscription Eligibility

Because our subscription discount is offered in exchange for an ongoing purchasing commitment, customers who cancel a subscription before completing at least 2 billing cycles will be ineligible to purchase subscriptions for a period of 12 months from the date of cancellation. Standard single-item purchases remain available. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our subscription pricing for customers who honor the commitment.
