Our Shipping Approach
At Molly's Herbals, we carefully package every order to ensure your herbal products arrive safely and in optimal condition. We know shipping costs can be high, and we do everything we can to offer the best rates available. Costs are calculated based on product type, weight, packaging requirements, and destination to keep pricing fair and accurate.
At our discretion, we ship via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx, or UPS. If we're able to save on shipping compared to your checkout estimate, we'll refund the difference. All packages are insured for $100.
Processing Time
- Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after 9 AM ET may ship the next business day.
- Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
- During peak seasons (spring kidding, heavy parasite season, holidays), processing times may extend slightly.
You'll receive tracking information as soon as your shipping label is printed.
Shipping Rates by Product Type
We use specialized shipping profiles based on the type of products you order:
- Herbs Only — Lightweight dried herbs and powdered blends ship via USPS at economical rates.
- Salves — Packaged securely in boxes to protect tins during transit. Temperature note: Salves may soften in heat or firm up in cold. This doesn't affect quality — just let the product return to room temperature before use.
- Tinctures & Fragile Items — These require extra protective packaging to ensure safe delivery, which is reflected in the shipping cost.
- Bulk Orders (over 20 lbs) — We'll contact you with the most cost-effective carrier option (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and invoice the exact shipping amount before fulfillment.
Shipping Zones & Delivery Estimates
We calculate shipping costs and delivery windows based on USPS zones:

Packaging is matched to your order:
- Envelopes — for herb-only orders under 2 lbs shipping to zones 6–9
- Boxes — for closer zones, heavier orders, salves, and all tincture/fragile items
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
