Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If any item arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the carrier-confirmed delivery date at contactmolly@mollysherbals.com.

Return Eligibility

  • Due to the organic and consumable nature of our products, we offer a strict 30-day return, exchange, or replacement window, based on the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
  • Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be honored.
  • All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) issued by Molly's Herbals prior to shipping any item back. To request an RA, email contactmolly@mollysherbals.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days.
  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned without prior Return Authorization
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Subscription orders once processed
  • Clearance or final sale items

Unauthorized Returns

Any package returned without a valid Return Authorization will be discarded upon receipt. No refund or replacement will be issued. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If we made a mistake or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactmolly@mollysherbals.com. We will issue a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost to you. If the item is unavailable for replacement, a full refund will be issued instead.

Buyer's Remorse & Exchanges

  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of buyer's remorse.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original condition.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. In cases where this is not possible — such as an expired card or closed account — we will work with you to arrange an alternative.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item for your refund to be processed.
