Shipping policy
We strive to ship your order as quickly as we can, but because we are a very small family company, please understand that it might take up to a week to ship your order.
Most orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, bulk orders are shipped US Postal Service or FedEx at our discretion.
- Orders are guaranteed to ship Mon-Friday only if received before 9 am Eastern.
- We may ship Saturdays, but consider that an exception.
Molly's Herbals cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, as that is up to the shipping company.
Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Once orders are picked up by the US Postal Service or FedEx, the package is in hands of the USPS/ FedEx and Molly's Herbals is no longer responsible for it or it's condition. If you have issues receiving your package after it has shipped, or it is damaged in shipment, you will need to contact the US Post Office or FedEx and file a claim or contact us and we will be happy to help with this.
Molly's Herbals no longer ships to International locations due to changes in custom rules as they apply to herbal products.
