Shipping policy

We strive to ship your order as quickly as we can, but because we are a very small family company, please understand that it might take up to a week to ship your order. 

Most orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, however, at times we ill ship US Postal Service Ground Advantage, UPS or FedEx at our discretion.
  • Orders are guaranteed to ship Mon-Friday only if received before 9 am Eastern. 
  • Standard shipping is estimated to be 2-5 days once it leaves our location but can be longer depending on the postal volume.
  • We commit to sharing shipping savings with you if the estimate at checkout was too high.
  • We may ship Saturdays, but consider that an exception.
Molly's Herbals cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, as that is up to the shipping company. 

Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Once orders are picked up by the US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx, the package is in hands of the USPS/ UPS/ FedEx and Molly's Herbals is no longer responsible for it or it's condition.  If you have issues receiving your package after it has shipped, or it is damaged in shipment, you will need to contact the US Post Office, UPS,  or FedEx and file a claim or contact us and we will be happy to help with this. 

Molly's Herbals no longer ships to International locations due to changes in custom rules as they apply to herbal products.
