Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e., the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Molly's Herbals reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason, or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Privacy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from Molly's Herbals, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your order(s), keep you updated on your purchases, and personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials, and new additions to this store. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session, to personalize your experience, and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Returns

Please inspect and confirm all items in your order upon receipt. If any items are incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately at contactmolly@mollysherbals.com.

Due to the organic nature of Molly's products, we have a strict 30-day return/exchange/replacement policy based on the delivery date. Return/exchange requests received beyond 30 days of the order's delivery date will not be honored. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued on new/unopened product without a Return Authorization from Molly's Herbals via email. If you receive an incorrect item, let us know and we will issue a prepaid return label via email.

Due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns of opened or used product.

Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion. For full details on processing times, shipping rates, insurance, and delivery estimates by zone, please see our Shipping Information page.

Orders ship Monday–Friday only. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates — any shipping or transit time provided by this site or a carrier should be treated as an estimate only. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Once an order is picked up by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, it is in the carrier's hands, and Molly's Herbals is no longer responsible for its condition. If you have issues receiving your package after it has shipped, or it arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, Molly's Herbals may offer certain products for pre-order. Placing a pre-order means you are reserving an item that is not yet available to ship.

Full payment is charged at the time a pre-order is placed.

Pre-order listings will include an estimated ship date range. This date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Estimated ship dates may change due to factors outside our control, including ingredient sourcing, supplier availability, or production timelines. We will do our best to communicate any significant delays to affected customers.

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. To cancel, email contactmolly@mollysherbals.com with your order number.

Once a pre-ordered item ships, our standard Returns and Shipping policies apply.

Taxes

Molly's Herbals will automatically charge and withhold applicable sales tax for orders delivered to addresses within any state where Molly's Herbals holds a presence or determined Nexus, as applicable under state law. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes or other taxes that may apply based on your state or local laws.

Other Conditions

These conditions supersede any terms and/or conditions included with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Molly's Herbals reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
