Please open and inspect your order upon receipt. If any of the items are incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately after your package arrives via email at: [email protected].
No refunds on new/unopened product without a Return Authorization from Molly's Herbals via email. If you receive an incorrect item, I will issue a prepaid return label via email.
Due to the organic nature of our products, I have a strict 30 day return/exchange/replacement policy based on the delivery date. Return/Exchange requests received beyond 30 days of the orders delivery date will not be honored. Initial shipping charges are non refundable.
No returns/refunds on partially or otherwise used product.
